• Raw Material Testing: The materials we procure for fabricating our products are tested for their mechanical and chemical properties. Measuring equipment that we use for testing are sourced from Govt. approved calibration Agencies.
• Material Traceability: This step means that each material is identified and traced from raw material stage to the final one.
• Dimensional Inspection: Each produced product is tested for dimensional accuracy.

Apart from the aforesaid tests, we also perform the following tests as per clients requirement:

• Pneumatic/Gas Test: We test our compressors and threaded fittings for Pneumatic test at 150 psi air pressure and 2000 psi Nitrogen pressure. Once the hydro testing is completed then only Pneumatic/Gas test is conducted. 
• Pressure Cycle Test: We also perform pressure cycle test on our fittings and compressors ranging from 0 psi to 5000 psi. This test is carried out at the rate of 25 to 45 cycles per minute using digital counter. Number of cycles can be specified by the client.
• Temperature Test: In this test, we heat all the valves and fittings up to a temperature of 350 degree Celsius for approximately four hours. Once completed, all the products are again subjected to Hydro, Pneumatic and Pressure cyclic test for no leakage. 
• Vibration Test: This test is performed to ensure that all the valves and fittings have no leakage.
• Helium Gas Test (HG-TEST) is also another test can we conduct on client's special request.
